Before I start, let me wish all my Muslim friends A HAPPY HARI RAYA HAJI. Yeah, it's tomorrow but I'm sleeping over my grandma's at Bedok today. :) I LOVE YESTERDAY NIGHT! Fikri's family and my family had our mini BBQ at the corridor. Haha. Well, not exactly corridor but right in front of Fikri's house, there is this big space for you to do anything. Fikri's dad bought home a lot of seafood such as prawns, lobster, stingray. We sort of invited ourselves over. HAHA. Abah even set up a shisha for us. So there we were, sat around, shisha on one hand, food on the other. And we were chatting some real good stuff. Of course we won't neglect the Blackburn Vs Liverpool match. So, Fikri's grandad invited us to watch the match in their house. He's a Liverpool supporter as well. Okay. Let's talk about the match. Oh my word, it was a frustrating, frustrating match especially the first half. Yes, we dominated the ball possesion but we were not really creating chances. And Liverpool kept on losing the ball to Blackburn. My jaw dropped when Gamst made an amazing shot and luckily, the ball brushed against Reina's finger and it bounced of the crossbar! Of course, there were many good chances. Like from Alonso, I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOAL DAMN IT. I thought Benayoun managed to put one in the net when the keeper lost the ball. Darn. It was a very FRUSTRATING first half. Comes the second half... Babel was being substituted by Rafael Benitez lucky charm, NABIL EL ZHAR! And his lucky charm worked. After Alonso scored the first goal, everyone was freaking happy!!! Haha. I couldn't remember I wasn't in my house. So my sister and I were jumping up and down like a monkey. Screaming our heads off. LIKE PHEWWWW... And then, MY YOSSI BENAYOUN, made a superb dribble past Blackburn defenders and SCORED at a very difficult angle. WOOOOHOOOOO! I WAS DAAAARRNNN HAPPPYYY! BENAYOUN!!! I jumped like a monkey again, screamed my lungs out and ran in and out of the house running around the corridor. Haha. And guess what. Liverpool's game are always a thrilling one. The handsome Rogue Santa Cruz scored a header for Liverpool in the 85th minute. Shit. Anything can happen in the final 5 minutes. So I prayed to Lord Allah to give us this victory. Haha. 4 added minutes to the game. FOUR! Seems like eternity. But but but, when Nabil El Zhar pressured the keeper into giving away the ball to Albett Riera, he passed the ball swiftly to Stevie G and of course, Captain Fantastic scored! And final whistle. Phewww. What a game. What a night. Would you people please give us fans a break. Haha. Well, I didn't realise my celebration was so... embarassing. Everyone laughed at our celebration. Sorry, Sis and me tried to control but we just can't. After that, went home and waited for Manchester United Vs Sunderland match. Of course without Roy Keane or a manager, Sunderland was pretty all over the place. They played defend all the way. I was already happy when the score was still 0-0 until the 90th minute when Nemanja Vidic scored. Bloody hell. AARGH! Okay whatever. Congratulations Datuk Shah Rukh Khan for the honour of being a datuk. *silence* Hahaha. Whatever I still love SHAH RUKH KHAN! *what what what*  Now, doesn't he look good in that. Psst: I have a big pimple on my left cheek. :( |
