Dear Bloghopper, here's a post especially for you and also, if there's anyone out there who is retaking O levels this year, here are few tips.

1) Sacrifice your internet routine until O level ends. Yeah, sounds like a bitch but you have to do it. Because, I learned from my mistake. I failed my first attempt because I was on the internet more than cracking my books. If you can't handle this, you may check your e-mail once in a while and make sure you time yourself, lets say 15-30 minutes and not more.

2) Attend all classes and remedials. Never skip them as every lesson is crucial.

3) Ask when in doubt. There is no time to be SHY because it won't get you anywhere. If you still don't understand, ask and ask and ask. Believe me, teachers won't get irritated. If they do, write a complaint to the Principal. But, that's on rare cases.

4) Arrange an appointment with your subject teachers. That's what I did EVERYDAY after school. Everyday different subjects. Make sure you don't only focus on ONE.

5) You don't need tuition. Don't waste your money. There are many teachers around in school. They will be please to teach you for free. [Refer number 4]

6) No matter how you hate a subject, DON'T NEGLECT IT. In fact, you have to push yourself to the limit where you keep telling yourself, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE SUBJECT.

7) Lessen down on your daily entertainment. TV or Games, yes you can play it occasionally but not so much. Limit yourself say 1 hour. If you ever wanna go out and hang out, please do so but not so often please.

8) Study EVERY NIGHT. But, to stay up studying until the morning is a bad idea. Nothing will get in your brain.

9) Have enough sleep. 6-8 hours. Don't stay up late as you don't wanna fall asleep in class and miss all the important lessons!

10) The most important... START NOW!!! NOW NOW NOW!

There you go. Hope the tips above somehow give you an idea on how to succeed in your 2nd attempt. Believe in yourself. YOU CAN DO IT!!! If I can, why can't you. :D I wish you guys all the best! :D

Adios
